Your name and email address, so we can identify your account. The costing data you enter. Basic technical records such as sign-in times, kept so we can investigate problems.
To run the service, keep your organization separate from every other one, and contact you about your account. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
Other members of your organization, according to their role. Our staff only where needed to resolve a support request or fault.
For as long as your organization is active. Closing it removes your costing data on the schedule described in our retention notes.
You can correct your details from your account page, export your data, or ask us to delete it.
